All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.
We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandises.
New, unused full-price merchandise purchased at store retail store may be exchange at any boutique with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the merchandise may not be exchanged.
Merchandise on sale may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange with or without the original receipt.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
